Among the Langhe hills, this beer is produced with the malt obtained by the barley grown on the land sourrounding the farm and German noble hops. It is a non pasteurized beer which ferments in the bottle.

Piedmont.

Unfiltered and unpastorized beer, it is an ale refermented in the bottle. Of light colour and light body, it had an elegant and pleasant aroma.

Serve chilled: 5°- 7°C.

Excellent to match a light meal or enjoy a pleasant evening with friends.
