Grape Variety: Well balanced blend of white grapes.

Northern Italy.

Sparkling wine of bright yellow straw-like colour and fine and long lasting perlage. The fragrant smell recalls notes of white flowers, green apple and pear. The taste is dry, well balanced, with a good freshness and sapidity.

Serve chilled: 6-8 °C.

Excellent as an aperitif, it perfectly matches light entrés and seafood.
