most important cocktails before dinner, like Americano and Negroni.

Of deep red colour, it is a traditionally intense and bitter aperitif, with strong and intense aroma. The taste is dry and bitter.

Serve on the rocks.

Excellent on the rocks, chilled with an orange zest or as a base for surprising cocktails.
