Grape Variety: Nebbiolo.

Piedmont. The wine requires ageing of at least 38 months, 18 in oak/chestnut barrels, before bottling.

Full bodied wine, with clean and intense garnet red colour, it has rich flavours of berries and dry, velvety taste.

Serve at room temperature. Uncork the bottle a few hours before serving.

Prestigious wine, excellent with red meats, game and seasoned cheese.
