Sparkling wine of bright yellow straw-like colour and fine and long lasting perlage. The fragrant smell recalls fruity notes of apple, pear and white peach. At the taste it is well structured, dry, balanced, with a good freshness due to its characteristic acidity and sapidity.

Serve chilled:6-8 °C.
