Fine single grape grappa obtained from the steam distillation of Nebbiolo marcs and the subsequent ageing in cherry wood barrels, which give the characteristic bright amber colour, the
aristocratic character and the typical softness.

Of bright amber colour, it is dry and full bodied, violet is among the aromas relased, which are typical of the vine variety.

Serve at room temperature.

Excellent at the end of the meal.
